Axiom’s Internship Program offers a wide range of opportunities for students to gain insight into the F&I industry. The 12-week program provides hands-on and real-time exposure, mentorship, and development opportunities, and allows interns to put education into practice. Brennan, a Product and Compliance intern, says “What caught my interest about Axiom was all the perks of the internship.”
This summer, Axiom welcomed interns in four different departments: Sales, Product and Compliance, Marketing, and Axiom Connected, the technology-driven, sister company of Axiom. Every intern has their own manager who assigns tasks and projects that offer beneficial and practical experience, related to the intern’s field of study or career interest. The internship program coordinator also checks on interns throughout the program to provide support, coaching, and to ensure interns are reaching their goals.
Axiom’s culture is what makes the internship program so unique. “I like the casual, friendly culture at Axiom,” shares Noah, a Sales Support intern. Interns get to participate in fun team-building outings, community service days, meet and greets, videos, and more.
Interns also participate in a speaker series, where they sit down with company leaders to hear about their background, experience, and how their department impacts overall Axiom operations. “It’s exciting to get the opportunity to meet with so many important people who work at Axiom. Getting to sit down with them face-to-face and learn about their life experiences and their role in the company has been a highlight of my internship so far,” remarks Sydney, a Digital Marketing intern.
To wrap up the program, interns get to share their contributions, experiences, and projects with leadership through a presentation.
